Planning an Arabian Nights Interaction Event |
|
|
I am going to organize an interaction event for our school organization in January and i am planning to use the theme of arabian nights. What do you think are the things that I need that are not too costly. We are in a tight budget.
Thank you so much! Jvia05 from Phils.

well.. do you need food? cuz you can make pomegranate punch from grenadine mixed with lemon lime soda, also chai tea is good, hummus, baba ganoush and pita bread. yummy!
as for decorations you can pin bed sheets and flowing fabric to the ceilings and walls to make a kinda bedouin tent. Also large pillows make great seating. Desperate for pillows? they can be made by staplling large 'pillow cases' out of newspaper and stuffed with newspaper. Then paint them!! you can make 'genie bottles' out of recycled plastic bottles spray painted and decorated with rhinestones, etc. You can do henna body painting with either the real thing or non toxic markers , eyelash glue can be used to attach fun rhinestones to the body as well.
Also fun might be belly dancing chains which can be made by threading seed beads in a long chain to go around the belly.. then you can try belly dancing as an activity!! GOOD LUCK
