- 1 cup raw carrots (grated)
- 1 cup raw potatoes (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients together. Salt to taste. Form into patties. Place on oiled pan. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
