Snails Eating Mastic Around Windows?

A light paste of water/salt/baking soda will do the trick they might visit but will be their last :)

You probably knew this, but put out pans of beer. They love it, will crawl in and drown. Eventually, they will be gone. Also, try a salt solution on the mastic.
