Shred soft cheese with ease, put the block of cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes before shredding. Your cheese will shred much easier!

good idea, for stuff that I neede shredded cheese
for and it will melt in cooking anyway I just
store in freezer till I need it the cheese just
crumbles when I thaw it, saves me from grating!
