I have a friend who makes a butterfinger dessert that is deliciious. She uses a container of vanilla icecream, crunched up butterfingers and adds 1 container of whipped topping. She mixes it all together and then refreezes it. it tastes great in cones.

RE: Butterfinger Ice Cream

I think I have a pretty easy recipe for Butterfinger Ice Cream. It is as follows:
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate milk
  • 1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk (not Evaporated Milk)
  • 6 crushed Butterfinger Candy Bars

Mix all together and freeze. (10/30/2007)
