Chili Tree Isn't Producing Chilies
My chili tree has dried up and doesn't look healthy. I put all purpose fertilizer on it, just a palm full, as well as blood and bone. How can I revive it? It used to look so healthy and now there are no flower buds and only 1 or 2 chilies.
