Mix of chopped apples, bananas, grapes, pineapple, nuts, and celery
Sauce:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, sugar, flour, cornstarch, vinegar, lemon juice, and butter. Gradually add boiling water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Makes 1 pint. Use this sauce over the fresh fruit to make the salad.
