- 1 pkg. rigatoni noodles
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (reg. size)
- 1 can mushrooms, chopped, 4 oz.
- romano cheese, to taste
- 1 small chopped onion
Brown hamburger meat and onion in skillet. Cook noodles in 6-8 qt. kettle as directed on package. Drain well. Add meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, sauce and green beans. Let simmer 30 minutes longer if desired. Add Romano cheese just before serving or by individual taste at table.

- 3 cups water
- 1 can tomato paste (12oz.)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 15 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- rigatoni noodles, cooked
Cook hamburger and onion; drain off fat. Add water, tomato paste, sugar, basil, salt, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, sliced mushrooms, green pepper and Parmesan cheese. Simmer together; add cooked noodles and pepperoni. Mix together and add Mozzarella cheese.
