Quick And Easy Peach Jam
- 5 cups crushed peaches
- 7 cups sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
- 2 boxes gelatin (3oz. each)
Combine peaches, sugar and pineapple. Boil for 15 minutes, then add gelatin. Stir until well dissolved. Pour into jars and seal. They can be refrigerated. Note: Any flavor of gelatin may be used.

Could you use Splenda instead of sugar and use sugar free jello? I'm diabetic and this sounds good! Thanks Judy
