I love to eat this cornbread with a glass of milk or cup of coffee; it is sweet and tastes more like cake; my husband even likes it. If you buy it prepackaged, it is quite expensive for 6 small pieces.
For an 8x9 inch pan:
For a 13x9 inch pan:
Mix each box separately, following directions on the box (two batches of batter). Then combine batters and put into greased pan, whichever size you are making.
You can also dump both boxes into a mixing bowl but you have to add the ingredients that are listed on each box and then mix and pour into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes for the small pan or about 45-60 minutes for the large pan or until golden brown; according to how hot your oven bakes.Warning: This stuff is addictive! ;-)
