Potato/Frank Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes sliced
  • 2 onions sliced
  • green beans
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:

Layer potatoes, beans and onions in alternating layers. Pour oil and vinegar over all Cover and bake for 1 hour.

Tasty and inexpensive
