- 6-8 squash, yellow, zucchini, green or mixture of all 3
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced
Slice squash and saute' with onion in butter until tender. Add cheese and tomatoes and simmer until cheese melts.
