- 1 1/3 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ozs.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 can pie filling*
Place crushed pretzel pieces in bottom of a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish. In a small bowl, mix melted margarine and sugar and drizzle over pretzels. Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar. Pour over cooled pretzels. Chill and then spoon pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Chill completely before serving.
*recipe called for blueberry or cherry, guess you could use any flavor
