Quick Microwave Iced Tea |

Measure 6 cups of water into a pitcher or other container and add an appropriate amount of sugar or artificial sweetener for 1/2 gallon of iced tea. Then, place 8 tea bags in 2 cups of hot water and microwave on high for 4 minutes. When finished, strain this mix into the pitcher containing the 6 cups of water, discard the tea bags, and stir. Chill and serve. I've never had cloudy iced tea with this method.
