Chili Sauce (or Salsa)
- 12 large tomatoes
- 2 large green pepper
- 2 large onions
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Can be used uncooked as salsa. Chop tomatoes, peppers, and onions fine. Cook until desired thickness (I cook this 1 1/2 hours, slowly). Makes 2-3 pints.
