My Favorite Sandwich - Ruben Sandwich
- two pieces of wheat bread (we don't like rye)
- Thousand Island dressing
- swiss cheese
- corned beef
Butter the two slices of bread and put one buttered side down in a non stick skillet. Layer cheese, dressing, kraut and corned beef. Add the second slice of bread and toast until brown. You can also make this into a casserole.

We LOVE Ruben Sandwiches. However, we use all different kinds of sandwich meat and different bread and it is just as delicious!!!
