Go to your local charity shop and purchase an old comforter. Cut to the size of the dog bed cover/covers (we have 3 dogs) and Bob's your uncle! Now, you can not only wash the covers, but you can also throw in the bedding on a weekly basis and your pet will have a nice, fresh bed.
