Use Cocktail Glasses As Serving Dishes |

When you want to make a nice appetizer, present it in a martini or margarita glass.
I made southern spicy shrimp over grits. Lovely presentation. Be creative. Just make sure nothing is too hot, or too cold so you don't break the glass.

Great idea! I noticed that Southern Living had some recipes they served in shot glasses (shrimp cocktail and banana pudding, among others). They looked so good! Would you share your shrimp and grits recipe, please? I think even *I would like that (not a grits fan LOL).
