Quick and Easy Beef and Vegetables
I like this recipe because it is cheap, extremely easy, and very tasty.
- 2 cans of roast beef in gravy
- 1 bag of frozen vegetables, your choice
- 1 bag of egg noodles
Cook the noodles according to package directions. While they are cooking, heat the roast beef in gravy until bubbling, and add in the thawed vegetables. Drain the noodles, and stir into the meat and vegetables. Heat through and serve.
