Can a throw rug be repainted? and how? I have some perfectly good throw rugs that I want to repaint. Any ideas?

Actually, fabric paint or dye would be a better idea, as spray paint will crack and flake off over time. :-)
Yes, rugs can be painted. Use fabric paint. Apply light paint and let it dry, then reapply. It is best to shake your rugs out or vacuum with a low powered stick vacuum.
