Onion Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion juice or 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • dash red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 qt. oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar or 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions

Have eggs at room temperature. Beat eggs in mixer. Add all ingredients except oil and vinegar. Add slowly and continue mixing. Add vinegar a little at a time; mix well. Chill.
