Wine And Cheese Chops
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Dry white wine
- fresh ground black pepper
Preheat a large skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops lightly with pepper. Sear the chops in hot skillet on each side just until browned. Place browned chops in a covered casserole dish. Combine soup and 1 can of wine, mixing well. Pour over pork chops, cover and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°F until cooked through.
