Banana Crumb Muffins
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl combine the first 4 dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Combine the Topping ingredients. Cut in 1 Tbsp butter or margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

I made these banana muffins today and they are perfectly delicious. My boyfriend, who doesn't usually eat my baked goods said they were the best muffins he has ever had. Thank you so much for sharing, it is much appreciated.
