My idea was jello,could even be sugar free if desired.

I would try kool-aid no sugar kind, try the coffee sites, i know you can get powdered flavors for coffee. Good luck!

My only thought was jello.
I do have some raspberry oil I use to flavor cookies and icing but, you said powder.
