Ham and Almond Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup honey or maple cured ham, chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup almonds, toasted and finely chopped
Combine the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, chives and Worcestershire in a blender or food processor and blend until barely smooth. Transfer in to a bowl, add ham and almonds and stir until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving with your favorite crackers, pita bread or veggies.
