Slightly off subject, but I've seen posts where people have good intentions & put things like citronella or flea collars, etc. in their vacuums for various purposes. When you then turn the vacuum on to use it you are spreading these (toxic) chemicals into your air. But the strictly perfumed things should be ok, potpourri, essential oils, perfumed items like that & will give a very pleasant scent. Happy cleaning, lol!
