Country Potato Casserole
- 4 lb. country seasoned sausage, fried
- 16 cups cooked shredded potatoes
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. chicken base
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream and onion powder
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Heat water and thicken with milk and flour. With wire whisk, mix in spices and cheese. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F until hot.
Yield: 30 servings.
