Light Pasta Dish
I am currently following the Weight Watcher's Core eating plan and this simple recipe fits the plan.
- 1 box (13 oz.) whole wheat penne noodles
- 3 or 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
Cook noodles, drain. Cook chicken and cut into pieces. Put noodles, chicken, and diced tomatoes into a covered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Add salt to taste.
