How do I use the Zodiac flea bomb? I have two dogs and one cat. I use Advantix on my dogs, but my cat is allergic to every type of topical flea products. Will the Zodiac work, and how do I prepare my house? Do I need to remove food, dishes, etc.? Please help.

I am not familiar with Zodiac brand. Did the product not come with thorough instructions? I haven't had to use a fogger/bomb for several years, but I remember the packaging having complete instructions. If you don't have instructions, go check their website. Maybe you'll find more information there. I just did a simple Google search and found their website. If you need to talk to someone, they have a "contact us" link with phone numbers.
If it's like any other flea bomb then you cover or remove any food,or put it away put all dishes away close the windows and doors if you have a fireplace close or cover it. Set the bomb on newspaper in the middle of the room on the floor pull the tab and leave the area for 3 or more hours then you can open the windows.
If you have carpets vacuum them good and if you got the kind that kills the eggs that's good make sure you get rid of the vacuum bags. I would also put a flea collar in the vacuum bag and put down a white bowl( fleas like white) of water with a little bit of dish liquid (Dawn)in it. Check it daily for fleas until there are no more fleas you might have to repeat it all over again. Believe me, I had to and it was like heck getting rid of them so now the cats are outside and they love it.
