Not Your Ordinary Salad

Tastes even better a day or two later after the flavors have had more time to blend.


  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • Ad
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (.7 oz.) package dry 'Zesty Italian' salad dressing mix


Place garbanzo beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions, and red onions in a large serving bowl.

Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, and dressing mix in a small bowl, pour over the salad mix, toss lightly and serve.
