In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil, beat with a wire whisk until mixture is dissolved. Add olive oil, and beat well. Pour over meat to marinate. Chill until ready to cook meats.
This is better the second day than the first. Makes the meat so tender, great flavor!
