Ingredients:
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except olive oil, beat with a wire whisk until mixture is dissolved. Add olive oil; beat well. Pour over meat to marinate. Chill till ready to cook meats.
This is better the 2nd day, than the 1st. Makes the meat so tender. Great flavor!
