Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring or lemon or vanilla
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs
Directions
Mix butter and other flavoring with milk in large bowl. Add the rest of items and beat for 20 minutes. Pour batter into 10 inch tube cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Note: Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar with 1 tsp. nutmeg and use to dust the greased 10 inch tube pan.
