Looking For Recipe For Thai Pork With Garlic and Peppers
While in Thailand recently, I tried an awesome recipe that they called 'Pork with Garlic and Peppers'. I think the pepper is Szechuan, as it was not the capsicum type of pepper. It was some sort of dusted pork fried up and was fantastic. I have not been able to find this recipe online. If anyone has it, please let me know. My friends want to try it as I have been raving about it.
