Granola

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2-1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup protein powder (opt.)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped dates or other dried fruit
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • Liquid:
    • 1/2-1 cup water
    • 3/4 cup oil (increase to 1 cup if no honey used)
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 4 env. sweetener or 1/2 cup honey

    Directions:

    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl. Mix dry and liquid ingredients together. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Add raisins, dates, or other dried fruit. Store in covered containers.
