Ingredients:
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2-1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup protein powder (opt.)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped dates or other dried fruit
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Liquid:
- 1/2-1 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil (increase to 1 cup if no honey used)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 env. sweetener or 1/2 cup honey
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl. Mix dry and liquid ingredients together. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Add raisins, dates, or other dried fruit. Store in covered containers.
