Ingredients:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 t. soda
- 2 t. salt
- 2 eggs 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
Mix together and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping:
- 2/3 c. Carnation milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
Boil 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in:
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
Pour over cake when cooled.
