Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and garlic, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Add broth and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with hot noodles or rice.
