I'm looking for cookies using ground pecans. honey and with no crust, glaze on top

Pecan Honey Butter
Butters for biscuits, rolls, other bread, waffles, pancakes or for grilled pork or fish.
2 1/3 cups 5 min 5 min prep
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped fresh pecans
Blend first 4 ingredients. Fold in pecans.
Refigerate in a airtight container.
