We made mini soap kebobs tied with ribbon for our bridal shower. You can buy a big bag of glycerin soap cubes and melt them in the microwave. You can add colors and fragrance after melting. We poured the melted soap into a pan with wax paper on the botton. Let cool for a few minutes then roll the thin soap layer, jelly roll style, and cut 1" slices.

Make several different colors. Thread onto skewers and top with ribbon or raffia. We put them in clear gift bags, available at all craft stores and tied with raffia. Really cute favors. A little of these soap cubes goes a long way. You could also go to your local dollar store and buy glycerin soap bars already scented and colored.
