IF THE CRANBERRY RELISH IS SIMILAR TO PICKLE RELISH, THERE ARE A LOT OF OPTIONS:
-USE IN YOUR SALMON PATTIE RECIPE ALONG WITH YOUR BREAD OR CRACKER CRUMBS, ONION, GARLIC AND EGG; IT WILL GIVE IT A NICE FLAVOR
-USE IN YOUR TUNA FISH SALAD RECIPE ALSO INSTEAD OF THE SWEET PICKLE RELISH. USE IN A CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE IF THE RECIPE CALLS FOR FRUIT SUCH AS PINEAPPLE OR MANDARIN ORANGES OR GRAPES, USE THE CRANBERRY RELISH FOR A NEW DISTINCT FLAVOR; ADD A LITTLE CURRY POWDER FOR A UNIQUE FLAVOR TO THE CHICKEN SALAD.
-MIX WITH CREAM CHEESE FOR A SPREAD ON CRACKERS.
-I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS CRANBERRY RELISH BUT I KNOW WHAT CRANBERRY RELISH IS AND I WOULD
SUGGEST THESE IDEAS.
