Reattaching the Bottom Of a Stand Alone Clothes Closet

I am trying to find out how to attach bottom panel of a stand alone clothes closet? It originally had plastic clamps that broke. This closet is heavy laminate. When I bought this closet I had help putting it together. This is many years later. I use it mostly for storing bins of yarn. The panel I make reference to is heavy. Please offer any suggestions you can think of to put it together because I cannot afford someone to do it.
