Easy Egg Nog
- 6 cups milk
- 1 container egg substitute (8oz. size)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- ground nutmeg or cinnamon
In large bowl, combine milk, egg substitute, sugar and extracts; stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into glasses; sprinkle each serving with nutmeg, if desired.
