I need to know to remove Quick Dry White Out fluid by Bic from my skin?

How do I remove white out from skin?

I lightly sanded it off with an emery board. (12/31/2006)

Just smear a bit of glue on it then let it dry for like 30s then rub it off

Just use paint thinner
