Removing Stains from Clothing

I have a winter jacket, navy blue with a white stripe. It's two years old. I washed it and the blue is perfect, but dark greyish stains remained. I washed it in HE Purel (front loader washer) and the white still had greyish stains. How to I remove them?

I spilled a cup of bright yellow chicken broth on the counter where my blue spring windbreaker jacket happened to be laying. Now there's a bright yellow stain all over my jacket. I tried Spray and Wash, Oxiclean, rubbing alcohol, hairspray, Murphy's oil soap, and nothing has helped even fade the stain!
