Creamed Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 qt. fresh vegetables
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Ad
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:

Cook fresh vegetable of your choice until almost dry and tender. Add seasoning and cream. When it boiling add paste made of flour and milk. Cook about 2 minutes; add butter.
