- 1 qt. fresh vegetables
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Cook fresh vegetable of your choice until almost dry and tender. Add seasoning and cream. When it boiling add paste made of flour and milk. Cook about 2 minutes; add butter.
