Ingredients
- 2 packages lime gelatin (3 oz. each)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions
Combine gelatin and 1 3/4 cups hot water in blender container. Process until gelatin is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
