- 1 small onion
- 1/2 medium green pepper
- 1 large bulk pork sausage
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup tomato juice or water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Coarsely chop onion and green pepper. Cook sausage, onion, and pepper until meat browns; break up sausage as it cooks. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Simmer 20 minutes; stir often. 4-5 servings.
