Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 4 cups white flour

Directions

Mix yeast and water until yeast is dissolved. Then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 2 large pizza crusts.
