Mix the cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melted margarine. Spread half of the batter in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. While warm sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on batter. Melt in microwave caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk (watch as they scorch easily). Pour on top of nuts and chips. Spoon the rest of cake mix batter. Bake 15 minutes more.

These are the bomb brownies. I make these all the time but found the recipe on back of cake mix box years ago as Chocolate Carmel Brownies. I usually leave out the nuts, very, very rich! Can't eat just one, guess it depends on how big ya cut 'em!
