Cover Shoes With Plastic Bags Before Putting On Boots

To ease the school rush in the morning, use plastic bread bags over your child's shoes and their boots will slide right on.

If the boots are exactly the right size and won't allow a plastic bag you can use pan spray or lotion down the back seam of the boots. The shoes will slide right down.

Wish I'd thought of this when my kids were small! The plastic bag should keep your child's socks dry in case a little snow leaks through the boot or comes in from the top, too.
