Easy Crab Chowder
Tastes great, easy to make and gets lots of compliments.
Ingredients:
1 can Campbells Cream of Asparagus (or Broccoli) soup
1 can milk
2 med sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 can crab meat (or tuna), not drained
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mash boiled potatoes then add other ingredients to the pot.
Simmer slowly for 5 - 6 minutes.
Servings: 2
Time: 5 Minutes Preparation Time
5 Minutes Cooking Time

Please clarify for the novices like me. You said 'one can of milk'. Is this a can of condensed milk, skim milk, whole milk, powdered milk? Did you mean that after you have emptied the can of soup into the pan, fill the same can with regular milk? It sounds like an interesting recipe to try but please take pity on people like me who know almost nothing about cooking. So many things get posted that 'presume' the reader knows a lot already which is definitely not true for me.
